Seattle-based bilingual Mandarin/English indie pop duo Chinese American Bear have returned with their latest track, ‘All The People (所有人)’. The band are delving further into an experimental world with this cut, bringing unique textures into a sonic universe that also plays more with traditional pop than the indie they were previously grounded in. Vocalist and lyricisit Anne Tong says of the track: “It immediately reminded me of a fantastical setting with castles and fairies so I leaned in that direction with the lyrics. It was fun to write about a topic we hadn’t explored much before.” The exceptionally titled album Dim Sum & Then Some is out on May 8th, 2025, via Moshi Moshi Records.
