Moving steadily with a palpable sense of inevitably, 'Changes' feels like a journey, channeling Fleetwood Mac with a gentle country twang. Exploring "the effects of learned helplessness and the moment you decide to step out of it", there's encouragement at the heart of this track held up by vulnerable sincerity.
