Anchored by a breezy vocal hook, funky bass wriggles around tight RnB beats as choir-style backing vocals add a euphoric sense of wanderlust to the zesty tune. With both rappers delivering immaculate verses, the chemistry between them is palpable; whilst is their desire for escape is confirmed by the closing lines ‘I want to go, won’t you take me away’. An earworm if ever we've heard one, ‘Rude’ feels like a light at the end of the tunnel. Oozing charm and charisma it's a 10/10 from us.
