French singer-songwriter Laura Cahen has shared her new single, ‘Toute l'eau qui coule’. The track is vibrant and intriguing, with her ultra-close voice contrasting the distant, plucked accompaniment and hypnotic mesh of synths and strings that add an otherworldly quality to the arrangement. On the track, she says: “Feeling utterly powerless in the face of the world’s current decline, I wanted once again to contrast this sense of bewilderment, injustice and desolation with the obligation and necessity to carry on living, desiring… loving!” Cahen’s new EP, side by side, is out on April 28th, 2026, via [PIAS] Recordings.
